How do I secure my booking?

Your booking with us is secure once you book a session time, pay your session fee and sign a client agreement. Payments are accepted as e-transfers to info@dylanandsandra.com.

How many photos will I get?

Your mini session includes 10 photos for you to choose from. 

When do I get my gallery?

You will receive your gallery of photos within two weeks.

When do I get a sneak peek of my photos?

You will get a sneak peek within a week. At this time if you need any for Christmas card prints or gifts, we can have this edited for you within a week. You just let us know!  

How do I pay for my session?

Payments are made by credit card. 

How long is my session?

Mini session are 20 minutes in length with 10 minutes between each session. Your session will be happening on a day when other sessions are taking place, therefore it's very important that you are early for your session.

What happens if I'm late for my session?

Because we will be shooting on a schedule, you will lose session time if you are late. Booked sessions are non-refundable. Make sure you arrive early so you do not miss any valuable shooting time and captured moments!

What if I want more photos?

If you'd like more than 10 photos, you can purchase the entire gallery of photos at a special discounted rate of $100.

What happens if the weather does not cooperate?

This session is held indoors so it will be held rain or shine!
